1. Policy Statement
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Linkyards strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Images, videos, or other visual depictions of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
- Written content that sexualizes, grooms, or exploits children
- Content that facilitates or promotes child trafficking, abuse, or exploitation
- Links or references to external CSAE content
- Discussions or communities focused on child sexual exploitation
Immediate Action: Any CSAE content will be immediately removed upon detection, and accounts will be permanently suspended without warning.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
2.1 In-App Reporting
Users can report inappropriate content through multiple channels:
Post-Level Reporting:
- Tap the menu button (⋮) on any post
- Select "Report Post"
- Choose "Child Safety Concerns" from report categories
- Provide additional details if needed
User-Level Reporting:
- Visit user profile
- Tap menu button (⋮)
- Select "Report User"
- Choose appropriate category under "Child Safety"
Direct Reporting Channel:
- Settings → Help & Support → Report Safety Issue
- Dedicated "Child Safety Hotline" button for urgent reports
2.2 External Reporting Options
- Email: support@linkyards.com (monitored 24/7)
- Emergency Reports: For immediate law enforcement situations, users are encouraged to contact local police (Dial 100) or cybercrime helpline (1930) first
- Third-Party Hotlines: Links to CHILDLINE India (1098) and other national child safety hotlines provided in app
2.3 Anonymous Reporting
All reports can be submitted anonymously. Users are not required to provide personal information when reporting safety concerns.
